As a global leading company of auto parts and defense business based on world-class precision manufacturing technology, SNT Motiv strives to fulfill our social responsibility by actively practicing human rights management that upholds human dignity and values. In addition, for the protection and promotion of human rights, we comply with all applicable laws on employment and labor laws of the regions where all our business sites are located and declare and commit to practice human rights management as follows.

  • We are committed to respecting and complying with international standards and norms of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • We prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, age, place of birth, region, and/or political affiliation, and respect diversity.
  • We guarantee employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining and create a culture of mutual trust between labor and management through respect and consideration.
  • We provide a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • We do not tolerate forced or child labor in any form.
  • We respect the human rights of all stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and local communities, and seek fair treatment so that human rights are not infringed and seek for win-win development.
