PUBLIC NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF RECORD DATE FOR REGISTER OF SHAREHOLDERS
At a meeting held on September 1, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company resolved that SNT Robotics Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, be merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”).
The Merger is intended to be effected as a small-scale merger pursuant to Article 527-3 of the Korean Commercial Act. Accordingly, in order to determine the shareholders entitled to give notice of their opposition to the Merger, the Company hereby gives public notice that it has designated the following record date pursuant to Article 354 of the Korean Commercial Act and the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.
